Diagnostic Fees may apply if customer decides to not have work applied. Diagnostic fee applies only to our in-depth Diagnostics(Up to 30 minutes or more) which is $29.99. Our Basic Diagnostic(takes up 10-20 minutes) which is free at no cost.
In-store(at my business location) Technical Support is a flat standard fee of $89(Not hourly) for all issues on visit and parts pricing is not included.
On-site: (at your location) Technical Support for $75 a hr for Home and Business. Excludes Part Pricing. Depending on plans and contracts, pricing may differ.
Bundled\Service Plans: We offer Service Plans that include different levels of technical support pricing... the benefits are great, which include:
